SMS Terms

Last updated 19 October 2026

These terms apply to text messages sent by RideBrook in connection with transportation requests and bookings.

Programme description

RideBrook uses SMS to communicate with customers about transportation requests and bookings. Messages may include quotes and availability updates, booking confirmations, pickup and chauffeur details, changes to a reservation, and replies to questions you have sent us.

Consent

By providing your mobile number on a RideBrook form, by phone, or by text, you agree to receive text messages from RideBrook at that number relating to your request or booking. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can request transportation by phone or email instead.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity — how many requests you submit and how much coordination a booking needs. We do not send a fixed number of messages.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier under your own plan and are your responsibility. RideBrook does not charge for text messages.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from RideBrook. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

If you opt out while a booking is in progress, we will contact you by phone or email instead. Opting out of text messages does not cancel a reservation.

To start receiving messages again, reply START, or tell us when you next make a request.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact reservations@ridebrook.com. You can also call using the number on your confirmation.

Carriers

Supported carriers may change without notice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier, device and network conditions, and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Mobile numbers collected for text messaging are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Mobile information is not sold. Your number is shared with a transportation provider only where it is needed to carry out your trip, and with the messaging service that delivers texts on our behalf.

Changes

These SMS terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
