Privacy Policy

Last updated 19 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information RideBrook collects when you use this website or request transportation, how that information is used, and who it is shared with.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to visitors to this website and to people who submit a transportation request, make a booking, or contact RideBrook.

RideBrook is a transportation booking and coordination brand. RideBrook does not own the vehicles used for your trip and does not employ the chauffeurs who operate them. Transportation is carried out by independent professional transportation providers and affiliates. See the Transportation Provider Disclosure for the full explanation of this relationship.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly when you submit a request or contact us. This typically includes:

  • Your name, mobile number and email address
  • Pickup and destination locations, travel dates and times
  • Passenger count, luggage requirements and vehicle preferences
  • Flight details, where you provide them
  • Company name, where you provide it for a business booking
  • Any other details you include in a message or trip notes

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view and the site that referred you. This is used to operate and improve the website.

How we use your information

Your information is used to:

  • Review your transportation request and check availability
  • Prepare and send you a quote
  • Arrange and coordinate your booking with a transportation provider
  • Contact you about your request, quote or confirmed reservation
  • Respond to questions and provide support for an existing booking
  • Keep records of bookings and communications
  • Maintain, secure and improve the website
  • Comply with legal obligations

Sharing with transportation providers

To fulfil a booking, RideBrook shares the details necessary for the trip with the transportation provider carrying it out. This normally includes your name, contact number, pickup and destination locations, travel date and time, passenger count and any requirements relevant to the vehicle.

Transportation providers are independent businesses and handle that information under their own privacy practices. Sharing these details is necessary to arrange transportation; if you do not wish them to be shared, RideBrook cannot arrange the trip.

Other parties we share with

Beyond transportation providers, we may share information with:

  • Service providers who operate systems on our behalf, such as hosting, email, customer-relationship and analytics tools
  • Payment processors, where a payment is taken for a booking
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers or accountants, where necessary
  • Authorities or other parties where we are required to by law, or to establish or defend legal claims

We do not sell your personal information.

Marketing communications

If you submit a request or booking, we may contact you about that request and about related transportation services. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or replying STOP to a text message. See the SMS Terms for how text messaging works.

Opting out of marketing does not stop messages that relate directly to a booking you have made.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences and understand how the site is used. Analytics and advertising tools may set cookies that help us measure traffic and the performance of our marketing.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

How long we keep information

We keep booking and enquiry records for as long as needed to provide the service, deal with any follow-up or dispute, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Where information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information — including the right to request a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to opt out of marketing. Residents of some U.S. states and of the UK and EEA have specific statutory rights.

To make a request, email reservations@ridebrook.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and some information may be retained where we are required or permitted to keep it.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
